We're looking for a Bookkeeper to manage the daily financial operations for a portfolio of our clients, which are primarily small businesses. This is a standalone, 100% on-site role in Jacksonville Beach, FL, where you'll be the sole accounting point of contact for your assigned clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive individual who is ready to learn and grow in their career.

salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day transaction entry: Accurately record all daily financial transactions.
  
  
• Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage all aspects of client invoicing, bill payments, and cash application.
  
  
• Payroll Processing: Handle payroll administration and ensure timely and accurate payment.
  
  
• Foundational Finance Tasks: Perform foundational finance tasks and assist with month-end close processes.
  
  
• Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a designated book of business, providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships.
  
  
• Administrative Duties: Support general office and administrative tasks as needed.
