Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers across multiple platforms and applications, including Salesforce, NetSuite, and phone queues.
- Manage high-volume B2B order placement and fulfillment.
- Process a range of claim requests, such as shipping resolutions, returns, exchanges, and fraud investigations.
- Act with urgency to resolve customer needs and ensure timely follow-up.
- Support the internal sales team and collaborate with other internal departments.
- Maintain client confidentiality and ensure the security of sensitive information.
- Process online account registrations and communicate with customers about their status.
- Identify and communicate sales leads to the appropriate team.
- Review and adjust invoices and billing statements to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain and update CRM records with meticulous detail to ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and carriers to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
Qualifications
- Education: High School or GED Equivalent.
- Experience: 2 or more years of administrative or back-office experience.
- Skills:
- Exceptional customer support and problem-solving abilities.
- A solid understanding of basic software and CRM platforms.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- A well-developed sense of follow-up and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in typing and data entry.

A key function of this position is the efficient management of high-volume B2B order placement, including processing purchase orders, invoices, and ensuring seamless fulfillment.

- Generate daily and weekly reports on order status, claims volume, and KPIs.
