You'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, delivering service that builds lasting relationships and uncovers new sales possibilities. You'll proactively engage with warm leads from our CRM, connecting with both new prospects and existing customers to understand their needs. Your role is to become a trusted advisor, expertly qualifying leads and recommending tailored solutions that genuinely benefit our customers.
You'll drive your own success by achieving and exceeding ambitious daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets, contributing directly to our company's growth.
Qualifications
We require at least 2 years of experience in a sales-related role and a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Candidates must be fluent in Spanish to support our customer base.
We are specifically seeking professionals with a background in one of the following areas:
- Outbound closing
- e-learning sales
- Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance with a 2-20 or 4-40 license

- Navigate and manage customer inquiries with a focus on product knowledge and problem-solving, ensuring a smooth and positive customer journey from start to finish.
- Document all sales activities and customer interactions accurately and in a timely manner within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to share insights and strategize on best practices for achieving team goals.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication skills during all customer interactions, whether by phone or email.
- Continuously learn about new product offerings and industry trends to stay ahead in a competitive market.
- Handle customer objections and concerns with confidence and a focus on providing a win-win solution.
