Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- ADA Subject Matter Expert: Acts as the primary expert on all disability-related accommodation inquiries, including collecting and reviewing clinical documentation and applying relevant employment laws to each case.
- Case Management & Documentation: Manages the entire interactive process, from negotiating accommodations to creating legally sound solutions for complex cases, while ensuring all information is documented in compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Develops and maintains key relationships with a variety of internal and external partners, including HR, legal, talent acquisition, and third-party vendors, to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
- Compliance and Operational Support: Ensures adherence to all applicable federal, state, and local laws (HIPAA, ADA), and assists management in meeting team metrics and service level agreements to drive overall department efficiency and success.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Two years’ related experience in support of ADA accommodations in a Human Resources team environment
- Above market pay at $34.00
- 100% Remote while temp
- 6 months Temp 2 Perm
