We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing revenue collection for unpaid tolls and maintaining customer accounts. This is a dynamic position that requires a mix of data entry, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Toll Data: Identify and approve vehicle images using our computer database, working through high volumes of transactions daily.
- Manage Customer Correspondence: Handle incoming mail, emails, and faxes, updating customer accounts and responding to requests for information or assistance.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Process customer appeals and provide information and solutions to common problems.
- Provide Phone Support: Answer incoming calls from customers, addressing questions about accounts, invoices, and payments. You'll also provide technical assistance for our online and mobile app services.
- Handle Payments: Process and document payments from customers over the phone and for walk-in clients.
- General Duties: Place outgoing calls, assist walk-in customers, and cross-train with other departments to support overall business operations.
- Pay: $18 per hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

- Proficiency with computer databases and basic office software.
- Experience in a customer service or data processing environment.
