Responsibilities

• Process and manage a high volume of invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  
  
• Review and verify invoices and check requests.
  
  
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
  
  
• Respond to all vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor files.
  
  
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  
  
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
  
  
• Support audit activities as needed.
  
  
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy within the accounts payable function.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or in a similar role.
  
  
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
  
  
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  
  
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
