Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of the interactive process for employee accommodation requests under the ADA, including intake, documentation, and implementation of reasonable accommodations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and support throughout the accommodation process.
- Ensure all accommodation practices and procedures comply with federal, state, and local laws, as well as AdventHealth's internal policies. You'll stay current on legal requirements and best practices.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing ADA accommodations and the interactive process.
- strong knowledge of federal and state disability laws, particularly the ADA.
