We are seeking an Operational Project Manager to join our team for a 12-month contract in Marietta, GA. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You'll acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party consultants to ensure project delivery. You will also define project objectives and oversee quality control throughout the life cycle. A strong understanding of operational processes and a proven ability to lead complex projects from conception to completion is required.

Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans, including detailed tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Communicate project expectations effectively to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
