We are looking for a skilled Account Manager with experience in branding and promotions. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for a key group of customers supporting their branding and promotional marketing needs. This position is for a proactive and creative individual who is passionate about creating exceptional experiences and providing innovative branding/promotional product solutions.  

salary: $55,000 - $60,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Present innovative ideas for promotional products to support brand awareness aligned with client objectives.
• Support a key group of customers serving as their advisor supporting their marketing initiatives.
• Manage the entire process from initial product presentations to final order fulfillment.
• Work closely with internal teams to provide an outstanding overall client experience.
• Proactively address any issues that may arise and provide creative solutions.
• Stay informed about current industry trends and new product innovations.
