We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a global environment—supporting leadership in the US while collaborating closely with our Finance team in India. Treasury, taxation and tax filing. **This position is full time in office**

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positioning and reconcile actual vs. forecasted cash flows
• Monitor and manage daily cash balances, borrowing base availability, and ensure timely execution of payments 
• Prepare short-term and long-term cash forecasts, analyze variances and provide context to the Controller
• Assist with bank account administration and coordination with the bankers. Support bank account administration, initiate wire/ automated clearing transfers, and serve as a liaison with banking partners for operational queries
• Handle finance-related interactions with customer teams (AP/Finance) on payment reconciliations, collections, remittance clarifications, and compliance documents (e.g., W-9s, tax certificates), as needed
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax filings in coordination with external tax advisors
