salary: $40 - $45 per hour

Responsibilities

• Supports daily operational tasks including case assignment and approval of requests requiring low to mid-level delegation of authority.
  • Cases are focused on research requests that were put in for rewards offers. Case work may be related to help perform approvals on check requests or assisting with review cases for root cause after team is done reviewing. 
• Performs data reconciliation to ensure adherence to established procedures.
  • Reconciliation of the research tasks for cases found in one system and found in another. This is mainly done by reporting, but candidate will also have access to proprietary systems for review.
• Assists in the creation, drafting, and formal submission of procedural documentation.
  • Procedures will be related to rewards handling for the research and resolution team. The candidate will not be doing net new drafts, but instead focused on assisting with driving conversations focused around process and procedure changes and recording any changes prompted by the team.
• May be assigned additional responsibilities at the discretion of the manager.
