In this crucial role, you'll ensure that all financial data is accurately recorded and maintained, directly supporting our case management and client services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining case management software with relevant settlement information.
  
  
• Preparing and entering bank deposits for client settlement checks.
  
  
• Entering costs and invoices related to client cases into the Cost Account and case management software.
  
  
• Providing clerical support to the Accounting Manager, assisting with various assignments and projects as needed.
  
  

We're looking for someone who is not only proficient in accounting principles but also highly organized and reliable. The ideal candidate will have a solid work ethic and a commitment to confidentiality. Experience with accounting and case management software is a plus.Quickbooks Desktop is needed. 



salary: $20 - $25 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Prepares and enters bank deposits into accounting software with respect to client settlement checks
  
  
• Enters costs associated with the client's case in Cost Account
  
  
• Enters case related invoices into case management software
  
  
• Provides clerical support to Accounting Manager
  
  

• Other assignments and projects as assigned by Management
