Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex transformation initiatives which enable all Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) technology change areas to align with CIB Product and Agile Guidelines
• Help the CIB Product Transformation Team learn from our active transformation efforts and maintain/update our CIB Product and Agile Guidelines
• Help the CIB Product Transformation Team develop, document, and communicate tool (Jira, Confluence, PowerBI, etc.) innovations which enable our CIB transformed products to increase effectiveness
• Aid in the development of the future CIB Product Enablement “target state” team and capability structure
• Support and advice CIB leaders on the proper target state product structure/purpose

Qualifications:

• Jira & Confluence Skills
• Extensive capital markets experience
• Product Management Experience
• Agile Coaching experience. Time working as an Agile or Product coach helping teams or organizations become Product aligned, more agile, or both
• Atlassian Tool Suite Experience. Time working within, or administering an organization's Atlassian Tools Suite environment
• Presentation skills - lead training sessions with a diverse and senior set of stakeholders
• Writing skills - take “on the ground” training learnings and turn them into documented best practices
• Ability to lead large and senior audiences through transformative sessions
