This is a critical role that ensures their patients, clinicians, and clients receive the highest level of care and support. Responsibilities

• Patient & Client Communication: Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls, providing information and assistance to patients, clinicians, and clients.
• Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule medication deliveries, ensuring accurate patient details are recorded to facilitate successful and timely distribution.
• Inquiry Resolution: Address a wide range of customer inquiries regarding prescription status, billing, and general pharmacy services, routing calls to clinical staff (pharmacists, nurses) when necessary.
• Data Management: Accurately run medical claims and maintain detailed notes in our management information system to keep patient records current and accessible to the rest of the team.
• Patient Safety: Identify and promptly report any adverse events (AEs) or product complaints (PCs) to the clinical team to ensure patient well-being.
• General Support: Provide administrative support as needed to ensure the smooth operation of our pharmacy services.
