Responsibilities
-Sorts, posts and re-directs mail for internal and external deliveries
-Operates postage meters and scales
-Maintains postage meter account
-Uses system software and national directories to sort mail by destination, classification, and weight
-Prepares packages and mail, including bulk mailings, for delivery and distribution
-Provides consultation to customers on how to send out mailings
-Assists with the chargeback of campus departments for postage and packages
-Prepares packages for shipment by using carrier management shipping software, and sets up new users for online accounts
-Assist in the preparation of reports for clients and management
