Responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
General Ledger Management: Maintain the general ledger by preparing and posting journal entries, performing account reconciliations, and ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
Cost Accounting: Assist in the analysis of manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead.
Inventory & Fixed Assets: Manage accounting for inventory, including valuation and tracking, as well as maintaining fixed asset ledgers and calculating depreciation.
Audit & Compliance: Support internal and external audit processes by preparing audit schedules and providing necessary documentation. Ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
Intercompany Transactions: Assist in the reconciliation and settlement of intercompany balances and transactions within the global corporate structure.
Process Improvement: Identify and recommend improvements to accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
