Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Customer Collections: Collects past-due accounts and works to resolve customer disputes, chargebacks, and billing issues.
- Data and Record Management: Maintains customer information by entering, updating, and generating reports from a central database.
- Payment Processing: Assists the Accounts Receivable department in correctly applying customer payments from checks, wires, and credit cards.
- Customer Communication: Responds to customer inquiries, both internal and external, and provides information on company policies.

- At least one year of experience in a Credit and/or Accounts Receivable department
