We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a fully remote Call Center Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our policyholders, agents, and medical providers. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with policy inquiries, process claims, and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency—all from the comfort of your home.
salary: $18 - $19.5 per hour

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from policyholders, agents, and providers regarding policy coverage, claims status, and general inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to gather additional information, follow up on claims, and provide updates.
- Process new and existing claims accurately and in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
