We are seeking a Training Coordinator to join our Infra Technology Team at Samsun Austin. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs, including manuals, presentations, and online modules. You will assess program effectiveness, track participation, and continuously improve training content. You’ll coordinate schedules, manage logistics, and ensure smooth execution of training events. The role requires collaboration with leaders and SMEs, compliance with industry standards, and support for employee certifications. organizational, communication, and instructional design skills are essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Education, or related field is required, with CPLP or semiconductor-related certifications preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to foster continuous learning in a team environment are key.

Responsibilities

Training Program Development:

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of the Infra Technology Team. 
• Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online modules.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.

Training Delivery:

• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
• Utilize various training methods, such as Instructor Led Training (ILT), Computer Based Training (CBT), and on-the-job training (OJT).
• Ensure that training sessions are engaging, informative, and aligned with departmental goals.

Training Evaluation:

• Assess effectiveness and refine programs based on feedback and metrics.
• Monitor and report training participation and completion rates to ensure compliance and engagement.
• Coordinate schedules, manage resources, and ensure smooth training operations.

Compliance and Certification:

• Stay updated on standards and regulations; ensure training meets requirements; support employees in obtaining and maintaining certifications.
• Work with leaders and SMEs to identify training needs and close gaps.
• Share training updates with stakeholders and promote a collaborative learning environment.

Resource Management:

• Manage training budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Source and manage external training providers and vendors.
• Maintain training records and documentation.
