Responsibilities
Daily duties include but are not limited to:
-High Volume Recruitment (along with onboarding talent- running backgrounds and conducting drug screenings)
-Posting job ads and responding to candidates at a fast pace
-Able to maintain a pipeline of candidates, bringing in around 10 new hires per week- sometimes more!
-Manage the candidates you hire on- not only will you recruit, but you will manage the talent you've recruited (payroll, HR Issues, etc...)
-Client satisfaction- working hand-in-hand with our client to ensure our partnership is thriving
Skills Needed for Success:
-Background in management
-Organizational skills
-Good customer service skills
-Able to understand and use Google Sheets (and other Google Suite programs) or Microsoft Excel
-Communication skills- need to not only communicate with the talent you manage, but with the client
-People Management skills- you will organize and direct numerous talent that you hire on, you will need to be sure you are able to juggle this duty along with continuous recruitment
-Extreme ability to multi-task- this is a rewarding role, but you must be able to multi-task and streamline in-place processes
-strong work ethic
-Ability to learn and adapt quickly
