Currently working out of the Broomfield office, the team is looking to move to a new office near Rockies Stadium in December. This role will report to our Head of Sales, a sales leader with a proven track record of building and scaling teams. This is a lead from the front rather than a player-coach role. Commission/bonus eligible - benefits include health, dental, vision 401k, disability/life.

Responsibilities
Sales Development Representative Manager - leading a team, pipeline building and management, qualifying opportunities, driving activity and outbound efforts. Tech sales and Vista-backed experience preferred.
- Building the culture: This is your chance to set the tone and create a positive, high-energy environment for your team.
- Developing a strategy: You'll create a playbook for our SDRs, from hiring profiles and onboarding to daily briefings and end-of-day recaps. You'll drive the team's pace while offering empathy and support.
- Driving results: Your compensation will be based on the team's performance. Focused on outcomes, not just volume, and the comp plan is structured to reward you for the team's success with key metrics like revenue, MQLs, and SQLs.
