We are currently seeking a friendly and motivated Mailroom Support staff member to join one of Randstad's largest national account clients in Reston, VA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with computer skills, exemplary customer service, keen attention to detail, and excellent follow-through. Prior experience in mailing and shipping is also required, and we are ideally seeking someone who can start immediately. Please note that successful candidates will be required to undergo a background screening, drug test, and provide proof of citizenship. Responsibilities

* Responsible for prompt and accurate reproduction of all print requests
* Reviews electronic file for print readiness, prints documents, punches, binds, assembles, sorts, laminates and performs pre-delivery quality control check

* Receives, logs, delivers and tracks all activity for reporting purposes
* Responds to customer requests
* Performs routine upkeep and basic maintenance of equipment
* Records and tracks customer inquiries and fulfillment of requests
* Performs daily convenience care functions as needed

* Sorting and distributing U.S. Mail

* Processing outgoing and inter-office mail

* Receiving, processing, and distributing parcels via smart lockers

* Scanning and digitizing forms and documents as requested

* Performing other related duties as required
