We have a client in Nashua, NH looking for a qualified candidate to perform accounts receivable and collections.  This role is temporary to hire and the ideal candidate will have a knowledge of payment posting and reconciling payments and processing credit cards and ACH payments as well as mailing monthly statements. In this role, you must have good data entry skills (10 key is a must). Responsibilities

Conduct account research and analysis

Maintain an accurate aging report

• Accurately post payments to customers accounts using Alliant  to include checks, money orders, ACH, EFT and Credit Cards

• Identify and process any necessary account adjustments
• Reconcile and resolve account discrepancies
• Maintain spreadsheets using strict confidence with customer credit card information and check-by-phone information
• Send statements to outstanding customers
• Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues
• Provide customer service to customer inquiries regarding payment history
• Print monthly agings and post results
• Sort and file documents after posting
• Some business to business collections work
