We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bilingual Inventory Admin to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This role is more administrative-focused but based in an industrial environment, providing key support to warehouse and operations teams. If you are highly organized, thrive in fast-paced settings, and are fluent in English and Spanish, we’d love to connect with you.

salary: $18 - $20 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Track and manage inventory levels of tools, parts, and supplies
  
  
• Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments and deliveries
  
  
• Perform regular inventory counts and update records in the system
  
  
• Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to fulfill part requests
  
  
• Organize storage areas for easy access to essential parts and tools
  
  
• Support warehouse team with shipping, receiving, and related tasks
  
  

Qualifications

• bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  
  
• Professional and dependable with strong organizational skills
  
  
• Comfortable working in an industrial/warehouse environment
  
  
• Administrative experience preferred; inventory or warehouse support experience a plus
  
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems
