- Maintain employee records (digital and physical) with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and process HR documents such as employment contracts, onboarding packets, and termination forms.
- Schedule meetings and interviews.
- Post job openings on internal and external job boards.
- Conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities.
- Ensure completion of required new-hire paperwork and compliance files.
- Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Direct employees to appropriate resources for workplace concerns.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Team-oriented and willing to assist in multiple HR functions.
