We are seeking a dynamic Export Logistics Coordinator to join a growing  team in Westchester County.  This is a consulting opportunity, offering an hourly wage based on experience and benefits offered through Randstad during the consulting time period. The schedule is Hybrid, in office and work from home. 

• Export Logistics: Proven experience with export logistics is essential.
  
  
• Proficiency: Must be fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  
  
• Logistics & Customer Service: Highly skilled in logistics coordination and providing excellent customer support.
  
  
• Marketing & Analytics: Experience with marketing support, including analytical skills and an understanding of market trends, is a plus.
  
  
• ERP Systems: Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is ideal.
  
  

salary: $29 - $33 per hour
work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM



Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end logistics for customer orders, including shipping, forwarding, and inventory control.
  
  
• Prepare all necessary export documentation to ensure seamless international shipments.
  
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, proactively resolving issues to ensure a positive experience.
  
  
• Contribute to the execution of various marketing initiatives, providing support where needed.

• Export (2 years of experience is required)
• Logistics (2 years of experience is required)
• Spanish (1 year of experience is preferred)
• Portuguese (1 year of experience is preferred)
