We are seeking a Data Entry Analyst to support a short-term project focused on reviewing and updating medical equipment records. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to complete high-volume, time-sensitive data entry tasks accurately. While remote, candidates must be local to the Altamonte Springs area to pick up equipment prior to starting.

salary: $20 - $22 per hour

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update medical equipment records into designated databases.
• Work with Biomedical Engineering staff to develop and document testing requirements for medical equipment.
• Assist in creating and maintaining preventive maintenance (PM) schedules for medical systems.
• Generate standard reports such as PM scheduling, new equipment lists, task lists, and completion reports.
• Provide reports to leadership and technical staff as needed.
• Pull and compile data from multiple resources (e.g., Archibus, Protek, Sunport MA system).

Qualifications

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage repetitive, high-volume data entry.

Preferred:

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Crystal Reporting, or SQL.
