Responsibilities
Provide full-lifecycle customer support and consultative sales
Assist customers in selecting health insurance products that meet their needs
Respond to inbound calls and make outbound follow-ups when necessary
Accurately explain benefits, answer coverage questions, and resolve issues
Identify opportunities to upgrade services based on customer needs
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies
What You Need:
Active Health Insurance License in your state
At least 6 months of sales or customer service experience
High-speed internet (25+ Mbps download)
strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA regulations
Open availability between 6:00 AM – 2:00 AM, any day of the week including weekends
