Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service. You will interact directly with customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure commitments are met and expectations are exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email in both English and Spanish.
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional, and empathetic manner.
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues related to deliveries and services.
- Monitor the progress of delivery routes to ensure on-time performance.
- Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps for accurate record-keeping.
- Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders efficiently.
- bilingual Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
- Experience with data analysis and a strong attention to detail is required.
