You will ensure suppliers have the technical capability to meet our quality standards and will be instrumental in the entire supplier lifecycle, from selection to performance management.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Supplier Selection & Onboarding: Facilitate technical assessments of potential new suppliers and contribute to the selection process.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct and review a range of quality-related documents, including DFMAT, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and FAI.
- APQP & NPI: Develop and execute Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) plans for new product introductions (NPI) to ensure consistent quality.
- Collaboration: Work with R&D and suppliers on Design for Excellence (DfX) initiatives and ensure Critical to Quality (CtQ) characteristics are communicated effectively and maintained.
- Performance & Improvement: Assist with supplier performance management, analyze defects to determine root causes, and support supplier development initiatives.
- Documentation: Contribute to the Supplier Project Book, documenting quality requirements and expectations.
- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering Science, Supply Chain Management, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- With a Bachelor's Degree: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Safety Engineering, Process Engineering, or Continuous Improvement Techniques.
- With a Master's Degree: No prior experience is required.
- With a Bachelor's Degree: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Safety Engineering, Process Engineering, or Continuous Improvement Techniques.
- Preferred Certification: LEAN Six Sigma or equivalent.
