We are seeking an Invoicing Specialist for one of our clients in the Food & Beverage industry located in Miramar, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing trade invoices using our 3-way match system, ensuring all cost data elements from purchase orders are correctly allocated. You will apply your knowledge of accounting principles and pre-established guidelines to perform essential functions, contributing to the financial health of our organization.

salary: $20 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Process a variety of trade invoices, including supplier, freight, and customs invoices.
• Handle all Coded Invoices (G/L Accounts) and simple exception and banking entries.
• Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions with internal and external customers, including vendors, suppliers, and personnel from other divisions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: At least one year of experience in general accounting is preferred.
  
  
• Education: A high school diploma is required. College courses in business or financial accounting are a plus.
  
  
• Skills:
  
  
  • Proficiency in desktop software, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    
    
  • Analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
    
    
  • The ability to organize and prioritize your workload to meet deadlines.
    
    
• Attributes: We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and collaborative team player who is a self-starter.
  
  

Knowledge & Tools (A Plus)

• Experience with SAP and inventory management.
  
  
• Knowledge of Cost Accounting and Finance principles.
