The right candidate should be able to:

• Work ON-SITE
• 6 months of call center experience required.
• Train for 4 weeks Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

• Have a HS diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Responsible for answering incoming calls and providing excellent customer service to our Automotive Collition Notification program, for different luxury brands brands within the auto industry.
• Respond to incoming calls from customers and provide accurate answers following programs guidelines and call center standards.
• Develop customer relationships that contribute to business objectives and promote customer loyalty.
• Research and resolve customer questions and issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Must be able to read, write and speak fluently in English and French.
