Are you currently available to assist a mechanical services team? We have an immediate ONSITE assignment for someone with knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, repair and maintenance, and can share this information with clients and other stakeholders via phone and email.  This job is not IT related, but rather mechanical in nature. Proficiency in math, MS Office and CRM is required, and excellent communication skills are a must. We take good care of our customers and want only the best to join our team! This position will last 2-3 months in Smyrna, TN. 

salary: $20 - $22 per hour

Responsibilities

• Communicate technical information in layman's terms to customers and service providers
• Resolve problems
• Make sure product know-how is transferred and understood by all stakeholders (customers and sales)
• Recommend changes in products if necessary to help the customer
• Be a part of a bigger team
• Identify parts and replacement parts for orders
• Verify warranty status and assist in creating quotes
• Dispatch service providers when necessary 
• Must have mechanical aptitude
