- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely payment and resolving outstanding invoices
- Conduct credit analysis for both new and existing clients to assess risk and set appropriate credit limits.
- Communicate with customers professionally to resolve billing disputes and payment issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and accounting, to streamline the credit and collections process.
- Prepare and analyze reports on accounts receivable and collections performance.
- 2+ years of experience in a credit or collections role, with a strong preference for experience within the logistics or transportation industries.
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including expertise in VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
