In this role, you'll be responsible for processing trade invoices using our 3-way match system, ensuring all costs are accurately allocated. We're looking for someone who is a team player with a basic understanding of Accounts Payable procedures.
Key Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of general accounting experience is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) is a must.
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of SAP, cost accounting, or inventory is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Processing all of the following types of trade invoices:
- Normal Supplier Invoices
- Normal Freight Invoices
- Normal Customs Invoices
- All Coded Invoices (G/L Accounts)
- Simple Exception & banking entries
- Focuses on providing excellent customer service in all dealings with internal and
external customers, including BSG personnel, personnel from other divisions,
vendors, suppliers, and other outside personnel.
