Responsibilities
- Policy Management: Handle the entire policy lifecycle, from daily premium processing to enrollments, terminations, and account changes.
- Regional Support: Act as the main point of contact for regional offices, providing updates and resolving issues.
- Financial & Auditing: Manage financial tasks like refunds and collections (including NSFs), and conduct premium audits and reporting.
- Data & Communication: Ensure accurate data entry for all policy changes and applications, and provide backup support for telephone inquiries.
- Compliance: Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all company policies, including HIPAA and PHI guidelines.
- Adaptability: Be ready to adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as needed.
