This is a full time position that is fully in office Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm. We are seeking a skilled customer service professional with experience answering high volume calls and entering data open to temporary work.
This position will be to assist with a Recall Project within the organization. This candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls and inbound calls following a script to assist with product recalls and entering customer data into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
