Responsibilities
- Request and process pre-move surveys, origin documents and ocean manifests
- Maintain dashboards and update systems in accordance with the Tender of Service and BVS 2.0
- Coordinate the movement of shipments in the most efficient way possible
- Solve linehaul and ocean consolidation issues
- Analyze and compare transportation options
- Maintain relationships with dispatchers, agents, and brokers
- Provide customer service with status updates
- Review shipment issues with management
- Support clearing and budget personnel as needed
