Responsibilities
As a Onboarding/Offboarding Validation Coordinator, job duties include:
- Perform manual validation of third-party onboarding submissions, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data.
- Review and verify onboarding requests to ensure alignment with policy and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation for audit purposes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for offboarding coordination, tracking offboarding processes to completion until automation is implemented.
- Collaborate closely with the related teams to communicate requirements, resolve discrepancies, and escalate onboarding/offboarding issues as needed.
- 3+ years experience
- with high-volume third-party onboarding/offboarding, compliance, or validation processes, preferably in a regulated environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and handle large sets of data.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to evolving processes and requirements during the transition to automation.
