Responsibilities

As a Onboarding/Offboarding Validation Coordinator, job duties include:

• Perform manual validation of third-party onboarding submissions, ensuring completeness and accuracy of data.
• Review and verify onboarding requests to ensure alignment with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation for audit purposes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for offboarding coordination, tracking offboarding processes to completion until automation is implemented.
• Collaborate closely with the related teams to communicate requirements, resolve discrepancies, and escalate onboarding/offboarding issues as needed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience 
• with high-volume third-party onboarding/offboarding, compliance, or validation processes, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and handle large sets of data.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt to evolving processes and requirements during the transition to automation.
