We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager to join the team at a luxury Property Association. This is a unique and critical role that goes beyond typical bookkeeping, serving as a key member of the management team and the right hand to leadership. The ideal candidate is a highly organized professional who excels at both financial management and general office administration. Responsibilities

• Financial Oversight: Full financial statements and manage the general ledger.
• Audit and Tax Support: Serve as the primary point of contact and collaborate closely with our auditing firm, during annual audits and tax preparations.
• Record Keeping: Act as the main record keeper for the organization, handling not only financial documents but also insurance renewals, HR files, and asset records.
• Office Management: Ensure the smooth operation of our office, maintaining a high level of confidentiality with all financial and human resources information.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work one Saturday a month during busy winter season from 10:00am-4:00pm
• QuickBooks experience is a big plus
