Looking for a Seasoned Accounts Payable Specialist to lead a major system transformation! Our client needs a proactive, organized individual to be our go-to expert for a new GEP system implementation. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Accounts Payable and be a natural leader, ready to guide our team, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a seamless transition. Responsibilities

• Lead a Major System Implementation: You'll be an SME for a new GEP system, focusing heavily on testing for the AP and purchasing sides. Your support will be critical during the mid-October go-live.
• Manage Accounts Payable Operations: This role involves handling complex accounting tasks and ensuring timely invoice payments. Expertise in SAP Accounts Payable is highly preferred.
• Provide Leadership and Guidance: At a supervisor level, you will provide leadership, assign work, and train junior staff. You may also manage onshore and offshore resources.
• Resolve Discrepancies and Issues: You will identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records and work on system issues, communicating these with stakeholders.
• Communicate with Stakeholders: A key part of the job is to be a point of contact, communicating with stakeholders about system issues and providing user support.
