Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Schedule, assign, and dispatch staff to customer locations based on workload and availability
- Communicate with field employees throughout the day to provide updates, resolve issues, and adjust schedules as needed
- Respond to incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and professional service
- Track work orders, service tickets, and scheduling changes in real time
- Maintain accurate records of assignments, service times, and completed work
- Collaborate with management to anticipate scheduling needs and meet customer demands
- Previous experience in dispatch, scheduling, or a related administrative role preferred
- Communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Dependable and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills
