Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for data input, typing, filing, and working with software?  Have you been told that you are a great listener and efficient?  This Customer Care Specialist is for the customer service centric, administrative professional who loves to be busy all day long with a high volume of task oriented work.  The majority of your time will be processing pharmaceutical and medical device orders.  You will be utilizing your typing skills, detail orientation, system skills, and your ability to focus at the task on hand.  You will rotate with your team members to cover the front service desk to help walk-ins.  There is a high probability of going permanent for the reliable professional who exceeds expectations.  Due to the nature of the work, the role is 100% onsite.

salary: $19 - $19.5 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of confidential and sensitive incoming orders
• Enter a high volume of information into multiple different systems for pharmaceutical and medical device orders
• Research discrepancies
• Follow up with existing orders with inbound/outbound phone calls, emails and chats
• Provide coverage for the front service desk on a rotational basis with your colleagues
• Activate your empathetic, listening skills to provide assistance to walk-ins
• Assist the team of 30-40 colleagues with overflow of work when you have downtime
• Support your Manager with any adhoc projects
