We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Business to Business Collections Specialists to join a dynamic team in the manufacturing sector. This is a temporary-to-hire position with an immediate start.
This is a fast-paced and hands-on role where you'll spend about 50% of your day on collections calls using a soft collections approach. The other 50% of your time will be dedicated to account services, including resolving purchase order (PO) and invoice issues, correcting errors, managing rebills, and collaborating with our sales team to resolve any issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead B2B collections efforts, engaging with customers to resolve outstanding balances in a professional manner.
- Resolve PO and invoice discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
- Work closely with the sales team to address customer issues and facilitate clear communication.
- Utilize and maintain accurate records within HighRadius and SAP.
- Ensure all payment processing and collections activities adhere to PCI compliance standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B collections, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency with HighRadius and SAP.
- Understanding of PCI compliance and secure payment handling.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a high-volume workload.
