We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AP/AR Specialist to join the team for a luxury goods company in Boca Raton, FL. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the full accounting cycle for accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of accounting principles. This is a direct hire opportunity with an excellent benefits package and friendly, flexible company culture.  

salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Accounting Management: Handle all aspects of the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes from start to finish.
• Journal Entries: Prepare and process a variety of journal entries, including accruals, deferrals, and reclassifications, to ensure financial accuracy.
• General Ledger: Perform general ledger entries and reconciliations, making sure all accounts are reconciled and any discrepancies are resolved promptly.
• Reconciliations: Conduct timely and accurate bank and credit card reconciliations, investigating and resolving any variances.
• Reporting: Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures, providing support for financial reporting as needed.

Skills

Accounts Payable (2 years of experience is preferred)

Accounts Receivable (2 years of experience is preferred)

General Ledger (1 year of experience is preferred)
