Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage monthly AIA requisitions (G702/G703) and progress billings for multiple construction projects.
- Proactively monitor accounts receivable aging and perform collections communications with general contractors to ensure timely payment.
- Accurately record and post incoming cash receipts and customer deposits.
- Oversee the setup of new projects and process all contract change orders in the accounting system.
- Maintain highly organized and accurate billing records, project files, and related documentation.
- Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or payment issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in preparing monthly job costing reports to support project management.
- Manage compliance by obtaining and maintaining current Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for all active projects.
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule.
