Responsibilities

• Project Financial Management:
  
  
  • Manage all financial aspects of projects, from start-up and subcontracting to final billing and close-out.
    
    
  • Expertly prepare and process owner requisitions, with emphasis on AIA billing.
    
    
  • Collaborate with project teams to manage change orders, budget revisions, and cost reporting.
    
    
  • Oversee the financial intricacies of a multi-entity environment, including project-specific bank account management.
    
    
• Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination:
  
  
  • Process and manage all subcontract agreements and related financial documents.
    
    
  • Ensure timely payments to subcontractors and vendors, verifying all approvals and documentation.
    
    
  • Diligently track subcontractor compliance, including the collection of insurance certificates and lien waivers.
    
    
• Corporate Accounting & Reporting:
  
  
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closes, including preparing journal entries and GL reconciliations.
    
    
  • Assist in annual audit preparation by providing complete and accurate financial backup.
    
    
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting systems and workflows.
