Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize daily schedules for service resources, ensuring efficient and timely dispatch of both service calls and preventive maintenance events.
• Coordinate with the service team to resolve scheduling conflicts and adapt to changes, ensuring effective resource utilization.
• Document and maintain detailed records of customer and service interactions, ensuring clear and concise communication across all levels.
• Assign service orders based on system parameters and modify them as needed to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Register indirect activities such as training or illness to maintain accurate records for compliance and reporting.
• Procure and order service parts to ensure their timely availability for maintenance and repair.
• Escalate issues promptly to resources, customers, and managers to facilitate swift resolution.
• Verify and resolve basic resource-related issues and conflicts by analyzing data and implementing effective solutions.
• Ensure strict adherence to all organizational policies and regulations, maintaining compliance across all planning and documentation processes.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Vocational Education
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service or a Planning role.
