We are seeking an Accounting/HR Supervisor for a growing organization in 37932. Although you will be responsible for HR functions (recruiting, onboarding, payroll, compliance, benefits, employee relations), the bigger need is strong Accounting experience (accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting). Responsibilities

Human Resources
• Oversee full-cycle HR processes including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Administer employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, etc.) and act as liaison with insurance brokers and providers. 
• Manage payroll processing in collaboration with accounting and ensure accuracy of timekeeping and wage reporting.
• Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws (FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, EEO, etc.).
• Address employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and advise supervisors on HR best practices.
• Track employee training, certifications, and performance evaluations.

Accounting
• Supervise day-to-day accounting using QuickBooks and legacy ERP system, ensuring accurate financial records.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including vendor management and audit, and customer billing.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and assist with cash flow forecasting.
• Support budgeting and variance analysis.
• Assist with quarterly and year-end reporting, including audits and tax filings.
• Implement process improvements to strengthen internal controls and efficiency.
