Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily schedules for service resources, optimizing for efficiency.
- Plan preventive maintenance and Field Change Order events.
- Address scheduling conflicts and coordinate with the service team.
- Document detailed records and communicate clearly with customers, managers, and employees.
- Assign and modify service orders as needed.
- Procure and order service parts.
- Escalate issues to ensure swift resolution.
- Verify and resolve resource-related issues and conflicts.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or vocational education is required.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or planning.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce is a plus.
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA), troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance is preferred.
